Box 3 contains membership records. Box 4 contains minutes of meetings. Box 5 contains newsletters and published announcements. Box 6 contains photographs, newspaper clippings and audio tapes. Box 7 contains sample supplies (book plates, member certificates, etc.). Boxes 8-9 contain "Sheriff's" records (1987- ).

Primary focus of these materials is development of laws and regulations relative to small loan businesses, especially regarding credit life insurance. Second focus is issue of tax increases. Case, founder of Westerners International (1944), was a founding member of local Corral.
